Every CDS account has the flexibility of having a field sales
representative help to manage their account. Most businesses are
sometimes too busy to have the added benefit of a weekly sales
visit; therefore; they are given the option to have onsite sales
visits or technologically enhanced methods of ordering either
through phone, email, website or fax. Our field representatives
will call on accounts as needed and requested. Each and every
account will have an inside customer care professional that will
answer all their questions, help them with their orders and make
sure that they are taken care of in every way through
value-added customer service.
Personal
Delivery
The CDS medical supply delivery system runs Monday through
Friday, free of charge in the local area. In emergency
situations or areas outside of our local delivery area, most
shipping can be done same day. Other shipments can be sent
either FedEx or UPS.
One
Stop Purchasing
CDS is a full service medical supply business. Our customers see
us as a "one stop shop," supplying not only medical
supplies, but medical equipment and furniture. We communicate
with multiple vendors insuring that we are passing on the most
competitive prices to you, which helps to reduce your costs.
